CSK Communications was incorporated in 1995. While Employeed (Circa 1995) at the Washington Water Power Company, Dan Stutzke (Owner) was a High Voltage Electrician who worked in the Building Maintenance shop moving computers for IBM Mainframes. He was then appointed with finding a solution for distributive Networking, this would involve standardizing on the Structured Cabling Plant. Which implemented EIA/TIA568-569 for the Physical Plant and the OSI Model for the Logical Plant. WWP would become one of the first buildings to standardized on Structured Cabling and Internet access in the Spokane Area. This was a very successful outcome, So succesful that Dan and two others would go on to write a Business plan for Avista Fiber. This Company delivered Dark Fiber to the Spokane and Surronding areas. After the Corporate Structure changed at Avista Fiber, Dan decided it would be best to implement the Communications Company that was Incorporated in 1995. CSK Communications INC opened its doors in 2000, with a business plan to give its Customer's a reasonably priced Future proofed Infrastructure Plant.
